Location: Ghatkopar (Hybrid)
MMGA is looking for a proactive Content Strategist who can manage end-to-end content planning and execution across social media and advertising.
We’re looking for someone who can independently handle multiple clients, manage timelines, and ensure content is both strategic and performance-driven.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly social media and ad content calendars
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, references, and feedback
- Oversee content publishing across platforms while maintaining consistency and timelines
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on insights
- Identify content opportunities proactively without constant direction
- Collaborate with design, video, and copy teams to execute content plans efficiently
- Be comfortable appearing on camera when required for content creation
- Maintain accountability for deliverables, timelines, and overall content quality
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools and content formats
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills for client coordination
- Comfortable being on camera when needed

- Hybrid role based in Ghatkopar
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday – Work from Office
