Digital Content Strategist

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Digital Content Strategist, you'll shape the digital voice of some of India's leading institutions and global brands, crafting campaigns that don't just get seen but get remembered. If you live on social feeds, think in reels and carousels, and know how to make data tell a story, we want to hear from you.
You'll work with a portfolio of clients spanning the education and hi-tech sectors — top universities, EdTech platforms, and technology companies — bringing their brand narratives to life across platforms that matter.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Execution
• Own and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube for multiple client brands
• Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and key dates
• Schedule, publish, and monitor content using social media management tools
• Engage with communities — responding to comments, messages, and interactions with a sharp, on-brand voice
• Track trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm updates to keep content fresh and competitive
AI-Powered Content Creation
• Use prompt engineering with AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Grok — to generate compelling content, visual concepts, campaign imagery, and post copy aligned with brand tone, at scale
• Stay ahead of evolving AI tools to bring new creative efficiencies to client work
Analytics & Performance
• Monitor key engagement metrics: reach, impressions, CTR, follower growth, and engagement rate
• Analyse platform insights (Meta, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio) and translate data into actionable improvements
• Prepare clear, client-ready performance reports with insights and recommendations
Content Writing & Brand Voice
• Write sharp short-form content — captions, CTAs, hashtags, and story copy — across multiple brand voices
• Adapt tone for platform context: authoritative on LinkedIn, conversational on Instagram, punchy on X
• Maintain brand voice consistency across all touchpoints and communications
Collaboration & Client Engagement
• Work closely with design, performance marketing, and strategy teams on integrated campaigns
• Participate in client calls and presentations — articulating creative rationale with clarity and confidence
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts simultaneously
WHAT YOU BRING
• 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally across multiple brand accounts
• Proven ability to build and grow brand presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms
• Excellent written English with a flair for creative and persuasive copy
• Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to act on data
• Organised and deadline-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple client accounts without dropping the ball
GOOD TO HAVE
• Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design ecosystems (Adobe Express, Figma) for creating and adapting social creatives
• Experience or exposure in the education or hi-tech sector is a strong advantage
• Experience running or supporting paid social campaigns on Meta or LinkedIn
• Familiarity with influencer marketing or community-building strategies
