Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Content Strategist to join our team on-site in Chennai. The role involves creating and directing short-form social media content focused on brand growth, storytelling, and lead generation. The strategist should have a strong understanding of Instagram growth, consumer psychology, and premium brand communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop content strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals
- Write scripts, hooks, captions, and carousel content for social media
- Direct and coordinate content shoots with the team
- Research trends and audience behavior to improve content performance
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and storytelling
- Contribute creative ideas to increase reach, engagement, and inbound leads
Qualifications
- Strong skills in content strategy and content writing
- Good understanding of Instagram growth and short-form content
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Familiarity with interior design, architecture, or luxury brands is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
