Job Title:: Content Strategist
Job Location:: Goa, India (Client Location)
Role Overview
Acts as the on-ground content lead, driving content strategy across discovery and consideration, while actively creating high-quality content for search, landing pages, and website journeys. Ensures alignment between client requirements, strategy, and execution.
Key Outcome
Drive high-intent traffic, engagement, and influence through structured content, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance across all outputs.
Core Responsibilities
Content Strategy (Discovery + Consideration)
- Define strategy aligned to SEO + AEO, user intent, and lifecycle stages
- Build content roadmap across blogs, product/category pages, and comparison content
- Identify opportunities across influencers, UGC, testimonials, and review platforms
Content Planning & Execution
- Plan and drive creation of blogs, landing pages, product/category pages, and buying guides
- Develop briefs for creators, publishers, and internal teams
Hands-on Content Creation (Critical)
- Write SEO/AEO content, website pages, and campaign landing pages
- Develop first drafts for key content pieces
- Ensure alignment with search intent, readability, and brand voice
- Collaborate with the creative team to scale content
Content Distribution
- Drive distribution across social, publishers, and review platforms
- Support influencer collaborations and amplification
POD Lead (Goa – Client Coordination)
- Act as SPOC for the brand team
- Translate requirements into clear briefs and actionable plans
- Coordinate with copy, design, and project teams
Creative Supervision & Quality Control
- Oversee all content outputs for brand alignment and quality
- Conduct final quality checks
Performance & Optimization
- Track traffic, engagement, and search visibility
- Scale high-performing formats and refine strategy using data and trends
Experience & Background
- 5–8 years in content strategy or digital marketing
- Strong experience in SEO-led content and long-form writing
- Proven ability to write independently and build content strategies
- Exposure to influencer ecosystems and performance-driven content
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Role Structure
- Based in Goa (on-ground with client team)
- 6-day working role
- Collaborates with Project Manager, Creative, Media, and CRM teams
- High ownership across strategy + execution
