We're looking for a Content Strategist at Growthflix who can take complete ownership of content from planning and strategy to script writing, shoot execution, and editing guidance.
What you'll do:-
• Create content strategies for founders and personal brands
• Research topics and identify content opportunities
• Write engaging scripts and hooks
• Plan and manage shoots
• Guide editors to ensure high-quality final content
• Track performance and optimize content for growth
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in content strategy
• Must have grown at least one social media page/channel to 10K–20K+ followers organically
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and personal branding
• Ability to manage the content process end-to-end
