At Entourage, we work with some of India’s top founders, VCs, and operators to build thoughtful personal brands through strategy, storytelling, and design. Our clients include high-caliber founders, investors, and leaders who use platforms like LinkedIn to share ideas, shape narratives, and build long-term authority online.
About the Role
We’re now looking for a Content Strategist (Full-Time, Remote) who can drive the thinking behind the brands we work on.
This is not a writing-only role. The person in this role will define what our clients should talk about, how they should position themselves, and how their narrative should evolve over time.
You’ll work directly with founders and senior stakeholders to understand their worldview, and translate that into sharp, high-leverage content directions.
You’ll also collaborate closely with writers and designers to ensure every piece of content aligns with strategy, audience psychology, and platform dynamics.
We’re looking for someone who brings strong strategic thinking, clarity of ideas, and ownership into the work, and can balance creativity with execution.
Some things you’ll work on:
• Defining content direction, themes, and positioning for client accounts
• Building monthly content calendars aligned with long-term narrative goals
• Identifying high-leverage topics, trends, and storytelling opportunities
• Directing writers with clear briefs, angles, and structure
• Ensuring every piece of content ladders up to a larger strategy
• Managing client communication, feedback, and expectations
• Maintaining consistency and quality across all outputs
We’re looking for someone with:
• ~2–4 years of experience in content strategy, editorial, brand, or consulting roles
• Strong understanding of positioning, narrative framing, and audience psychology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think in terms of patterns, not just individual posts
• Comfort working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
• Strong research and analytical skills across domains
• High ownership and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
