About the Role
As our Social Media Strategist, you won't just be scheduling posts. You'll be shaping how our brand is seen, felt, and remembered. From ideation to execution, you'll own the creative process end to end.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute social media strategies focused on real, measurable brand growth
- Develop content ideas, reel concepts, and full-scale campaign strategies
- Write sharp, engaging scripts for Instagram Reels and video content
- Collaborate closely on real estate and lifestyle content pipelines
- Be present on-ground during shoots and actively contribute to content execution
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for reach and engagement
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing
- A strong creative instinct paired with a strategic, results-driven mindset
- Ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable content plans
- Solid script writing and storytelling skills
- A deep understanding of Instagram growth, trends, and algorithms
- Genuine interest in real estate and brand building
- Based in Mumbai — presence on shoot days is essential
