Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Strategist to drive Cha’s content direction across platforms. This role focuses on building a strong brand presence through structured storytelling, platform-native strategies, and performance-led content planning.
You’ll be responsible for shaping how Cha shows up across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms, ensuring content is consistent, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s identity while also driving growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with brand goals, launches, and campaigns
• Build content buckets (product, lifestyle, education, trends, community) and ensure a balanced mix
• Plan scalable content formats and repeatable series
2. Branding & Positioning
• Ensure all content aligns with Cha’s tone, visual identity, and brand positioning
• Translate brand values into clear, consistent storytelling across platforms
• Maintain a cohesive brand voice across captions, scripts, and campaigns
3. Social Media Strategy
• Lead platform-specific strategies for Instagram (Reels, carousels, stories) and YouTube (short-form & long-form)
• Identify trends and adapt them to fit the brand’s voice and aesthetic
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and shareability
4. Video Content & Formats
• Plan and structure video-first content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos)
• Develop engaging formats such as POVs, tutorials, rituals, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle storytelling
• Work closely with the creative team on scripting, shot breakdowns, and execution direction
5. Influencer & Creator Strategy
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators aligned with the brand
• Plan influencer campaigns, deliverables, and content direction
• Ensure creator content feels authentic while maintaining brand consistency
6. Performance & Optimization
• Track and analyze content performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares)
• Derive insights and continuously refine content strategy
• Scale high-performing formats and experiment with new ideas
