Role OverviewWe are looking for someone who does not just write LinkedIn posts.
We need a person who can spot the idea inside the noise, understand why it matters, and shape it into content worth publishing.
This role sits at the intersection of research, context, writing, brand positioning, audience psychology, and creative judgment. The person should be able to understand business topics, identify strong LinkedIn angles, write independently, and judge whether the final output is sharp enough to go live.
This is not a basic social media posting role. It is also not a pure content writing role.
The right person should be able to confidently say:
“This idea is weak.”“This hook is generic.”“This creative does not support the message.”“This can become a stronger carousel if we restructure it.”“This topic needs more research before we post.”

- Convert rough inputs into clear content structures for posts, carousels, infographics, and campaigns.
- Create content calendars based on themes, audience relevance, business priorities, and brand positioning.
- Prepare clear briefs for LinkedIn assets, carousels, infographics, and campaign creatives.
- Review final output for clarity, structure, visual hierarchy, readability, message strength, and brand quality.
- Improve weak ideas, generic hooks, unclear content flow, and surface level messaging.
- Identify whether a topic needs deeper research before publishing.
- Track LinkedIn formats, audience behavior, engagement patterns, and the pulse of professional conversations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect inputs and convert them into strong LinkedIn communication.
Required Skills- Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory.
- Strong research and contextual thinking ability.
- Ability to understand business, technology, marketing, and industry topics.
- Good understanding of audience psychology, brand positioning, and LinkedIn content behavior.
- Strong judgment of what makes LinkedIn content credible, sharp, relevant, and engaging.
- Good sense of hooks, storytelling, structure, flow, readability, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to write independently with a strategist’s mindset.
- Ability to identify weak ideas and improve them.
- Comfort with feedback, rewriting, restructuring, and refinement.
- Curious to learn, read, observe, and connect ideas.
Preferred CandidateWe are looking for someone who:
- Think before writing.
- Reads actively and connects ideas.
- Understands that strong LinkedIn content is not just about posting regularly. It is about context, timing, positioning, and audience psychology.
- Can identify whether a post is generic or meaningful.
- Can write for founders, leaders, and professional audiences.
- Can judge whether a carousel, visual post, or content asset is strong enough to publish.
- Can convert rough business inputs into polished LinkedIn communication.
- Has a good eye for structure, presentation, and content quality.
