Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Strategist & Presenter who can both plan high-performing content and confidently present it on camera.
This role is ideal for someone who understands audience psychology, content trends, and performance marketing, and can turn ideas into engaging video content that drives results.
As part of the SMEClabs marketing team, you will play a key role in building our digital presence through reels, ads, and educational content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop content strategies aligned with marketing and business goals
- Create content ideas based on audience pain points, trends, and campaign objectives
- Present and host videos for reels, ads, YouTube, and brand content
- Deliver scripts in an engaging, clear, and confident manner
- Collaborate with video editors, designers, and the marketing team
- Ensure content has strong hooks, storytelling, and audience retention
- Analyze content performance (engagement, CTR, leads) and optimize accordingly
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and presentation style
Required Skills
- Strong communication and on-camera presentation skills
- Good understanding of content strategy and social media platforms
- Ability to think creatively and from a performance marketing perspective
- Confidence in ideation, scripting, and execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
Good to have
- Experience in reels, YouTube, or ad content creation
- Familiarity with edtech / career-focused content
- Basic understanding of video production and editing workflows
- Experience working with marketing or creative teams
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Mode: Work from Office
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 (can vary based on experience)
