About Effora
Effora is building a premium beauty-tech brand in haircare through an ecosystem.
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-driven Content Strategist who can take ideas from concept → execution → virality while maintaining premium brand aesthetics.
This is not a social media management role.
What You Will OwnBrand Narrative & Positioning
- Build and evolve Effora’s storytelling, messaging, and visual identity
- Translate scalp science, recovery, and absorption into emotionally compelling content
- Shift communication from functional → aspirational
- Maintain a premium, modern, globally relevant brand image
Content Strategy & Viral Ideation
- Develop high-performing ideas across:
- Instagram Reels
- Creator content
- Ads
- Educational & brand storytelling
- Build scalable content systems and recurring content IPs
- Create strong hooks, scripts, storytelling angles, and formats
- Understand what drives:
- Virality
- Watch-time
- Saves & shares
- Conversion
Shoot Direction & Creative Execution
Lead execution for:
- Product shoots
- Campaign shoots
- UGC & creator ads
- Educational content
Own:
- Moodboards
- Shot planning
- Styling & references
- Creative direction
- Visual storytelling
Ensure outputs feel premium, intentional, and scroll-stopping.Hands-On Content Creation
- Scriptwriting
- Reel ideation
- Hook writing
- Creator briefing
- Trend adaptation
- Content planning
Work closely with:
- Editors
- Videographers
- Designers
- Creators
- Founders
Speed + quality of execution are both critical.Ads & Organic Integration
Build content that works across:
- Meta Ads
- Instagram Organic
- Creator pages
- Product launches
Strong understanding of:
- Performance creatives
- Hook optimization
- Retention storytelling
- Brand-performance balance
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years in content, creative, brand, or performance-focused roles
- Strong understanding of short-form content psychology
- Proven ability to create viral/high-performing content
- Strong visual taste and luxury aesthetic understanding
- Ability to move quickly from ideas → execution
- Experience directing shoots and creators
- Strong understanding of D2C and Instagram content ecosystems
