Role: Short Form Content Strategist + Scriptwriter (Full-Time, Nagpur)
This is not a sit and write job.
You will:
- Ideate high performing short form content across industries
- Write scripts that are crisp, engaging, and platform native
- Work closely with the execution team on shoots
- Direct content on site when required
- Think in hooks, retention, and outcomes, not just aesthetics
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in short form content (Reels, Ads, YouTube Shorts)
- Strong understanding of storytelling + attention economics
- Ability to adapt across industries and brands
- Someone who takes ownership — from idea → execution
