We're looking for a driven and creative Content Specialist to build out our video content presence and connect with a wider audience across the Gurgaon real estate market.
About the Role
As a Content Specialist, you'll own the full content pipeline — from shooting on-site at property launches and walkthroughs, to editing polished reels and shorts, to identifying the market trends worth making content about in the first place. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who wants to build a portfolio in a live, fast-moving real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shooting: Capture content at project launches, site visits, and property walkthroughs across Gurgaon corridors.
- Editing: Edit reels, shorts, and long-form video using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro to a publish-ready standard.
- Content Ideation: Track real estate market trends and news, and independently pitch content angles based on what's actually moving in the market - not just execute a brief.
- Platform Management: Support posting and scheduling across Instagram and YouTube, and monitor engagement to inform what to shoot next.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to keep content aligned with active listings and market positioning.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: High school pass-out.
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in video shooting and editing.
- Working knowledge of CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Genuine interest in real estate/property content, with willingness to follow market trends independently.
- Based in or willing to travel to Gurugram; this is a full-time, on-site role.
