Content Specialist
Job Description:
As a Content Specialist at SSC, you will be responsible for developing and managing compelling content across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tones, SEO strategies, and collaborating with our creative team to deliver impactful campaigns. Your role will include content creation, social media management, and website support, all while working closely with the team to drive the success of our clients based in the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Content Creation and Development:
- Build short and long-term content strategies for clients, including social media campaigns and marketing collaterals.
- Develop and draft high-quality, analytics-driven content for blogs, social media, articles, and more.
2) Supporting Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and manage Social Media Calendars (SMCs) for consistent and strategic posting.
- Create engaging, relevant, and timely content for various social platforms.
- Monitor social media performance, track metrics, and provide reports to assess the success of campaigns.
3) SEO and Digital Optimisation:
- Conduct keyword research and optimise content for search engines.
- Manage and support SEO strategies and Google AdWords efforts to boost client visibility.
- Ensure web content is optimised for both SEO and social media.
4) Market Research:
- Perform competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools.
- Support the market research efforts to align content strategies with industry developments
5) Creative Campaign Development:
- Brainstorm and collaborate on innovative social media and content marketing campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities to engage with clients and expand their brand presence.
6) Team Collaboration:
- Manage and support content development and graphic design outputs.
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth team operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes

1. Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing, social media management, or related field.
- Experience in SEO and branded content creation is essential.
- Proven ability to create engaging and strategic content for various platforms.
2.Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Content best practices and experience in optimising content for search engines.
- Proficiency in developing content strategies and social media campaigns.
- Ability to analyse and interpret social media.
- Creativity, with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
3.Mindset:
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Proactive, independent, and team player.
- Commitment to a long-term role (minimum of 3 years).
