Job Title: Content & Training Delivery Specialist – VOICE German™
Location: Mumbai (On-Site Only)

About the Role: We are seeking a senior-level Content & Training Delivery Specialist to lead the VOICE German™ curriculum (A1–B2), certify trainers across programme cities, and deliver B2-standard training to Mumbai batches. This role is pivotal in ensuring quality outcomes across the Bridge Beyond Germany Nursing Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop VOICE German™ curriculum documents (A1–B2)
- Deliver immersive German language training to nursing candidates in Mumbai
- Certify and quality-assure trainers across programme cities
- Design enrolment screening tests and conduct remote/in-person trainer audits
Performance Metrics:
- B1 pass rate ≥85% per batch
- B2 pass rate ≥80% before departure
- Curriculum outputs delivered on schedule
- Cross-city variance <10%
- Learner dropout rate <10%
Requirements:
- German proficiency at C2 level (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years lived and worked in Germany
- 8+ years in German language instruction, curriculum development, or structured professional use
- Proven ability to produce publishable curriculum documents
- Familiarity with CEFR and Goethe/TELC standards
- Knowledge of healthcare/nursing German vocabulary
- Professional English proficiency
Preferred:
- Train-the-trainer or programme management experience
- Curriculum design for healthcare professionals
- Exposure to EdTech/LMS platforms
- Active professional network in Germany
