We are looking for an independent, detail-oriented Content Developer to own end-to-end creation and upkeep of all training and patient education material for the hospital. You will convert complex hospital processes, policies, and operational information into clear, accurate, and engaging content for internal staff and patients. This role requires you to stay plugged into constant changes across Billing, In-Patient (IP), and Out-Patient (OP) operations and proactively update materials to reflect the late

b- iliiDevelop Content: Create training material on hospital policies, SOPs, billing, IP/OP workflows, and HIS and other applicatuons’ usage. Create patient education content on procedures, billing, insurance, and post-care in
simple language.
- Formats: Build PPTs, manuals, FAQs, one-pagers, self-learning modules, explainer videos, and animations
Update & Maintain: Liaise with Billing, IP, OP, and IT teams to capture process changes. Keep all content current and version-controlled. Run periodic content audit- .
Engagement: Use instructional design, visuals, and storytelling to make content easy to understand. Coordinate with designers/editors or use tools like Canva, Animaker, Articulate, Premiere Pro to deliver. Video editing skill is a manda

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mass Communication, Instructional Design, Life Sciences, Public Health, or Hospital Admin

Experience: 3-5 years in content development, preferably in healthcare or hospital LD.
Skills: Strong English writing. Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word. Working knowledge of video/animation tools like Animaker, Canva, Articulate,
Premiere ro.
Desirable: Knowledge of hospital workflows — IP/OP, billing, discharge, insurance/TPA, EMR/HIS. Proficiency in English, Hindi and any one of the regional languages like Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi is a lus.
