Contest Strategist (AI + Social Growth Operator)
Compensation: $800- $1,000/month

Posting Volume: 4x per day per account
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Contest Strategist who understands trends, attention, and internet psychology.
Your job is simple in theory but execution-heavy:
- Identify what’s trending
- Turn trends into realistic, human-feeling AI content (we’ll train you on our systems)
- Optimize for engagement, growth, and momentum
This is not a basic VA role.
This is for someone who understands why content works.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Trend IdentificationMonitor TikTok, Instagram Reels, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts daily
- Identify emerging formats, hooks, audios, and angles
- Flag replicable trends early
- Adapt trends to our niche
2. AI-Humanized Content CreationUse our AI systems to generate content
- Make it feel natural, believable, and non-robotic
- Edit captions to feel native to each account
- Ensure no obvious AI patterns
(We will train you on how to make AI content feel 100% realistic.)
3. Account Management (6 Accounts)Post 3x per day per account
- Schedule and publish content
- Rotate formats (talking head, story-based, trend-based)
- Monitor engagement signals
Performance OptimizationTrack what formats perform best
- Double down on winners
- Kill what’s underperforming
- Weekly reporting summary
Ideal Candidate
You might be a fit if you:
- Understand short-form content psychology
- Spend time on Reels daily
- Can spot trends early
- Understand hook writing
- Know what makes content feel “real”
- Are organized and process-driven
- Can handle high posting volume without burnout
Bonus:
- Experience managing multiple social accounts
- Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut, Midjourney, etc.)
- Meme-native / internet-native
