About Rajamudi OrganicsRajamudi Organics is an organic food brand rooted in traditional Indian agriculture and native grains. The brand works closely with farmers to revive chemical-free cultivation and bring back heritage varieties of rice, millets, spices, and other staples that have been lost to commercial farming practices.
The focus is not limited to selling products. The larger goal is to build awareness around how food is grown, where it comes from, and why traditional and regenerative methods matter today. This includes creating a stronger connection between soil, farmer, and consumer.
Content is a key part of this effort. Every piece of communication, whether it is a reel, a blog, or a product page, is expected to educate, build trust, and reflect the values the brand stands for.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Content and Social Media Strategist who can take complete ownership of the brand’s content and communication across platforms. This role goes beyond managing social media and involves shaping how the brand communicates across Instagram, YouTube, the website, WhatsApp, and email.
The role requires a balance of strategy and execution. You will be responsible for planning content, writing it across formats, guiding production, and improving performance based on insights. This includes working on short-form content like reels, as well as long-form formats such as blogs, product pages, and campaigns.
You will also be the lead coordinator with designer, videographer & editor, and external collaborators including influencers and creators to drive consistent content output and brand visibility. The expectation is to build meaningful engagement, steady audience growth, and contribute to overall brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute monthly content strategy aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and seasonal relevance. Identify content opportunities based on audience behavior and platform trends.
- Write scripts for reels, long-form videos, and storytelling content. Create engaging captions, hooks, and formats that improve reach and interaction.
- Handle long-form content including blogs, product descriptions, and website pages, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in tone.
- Draft WhatsApp campaigns and emailers for product launches, offers, and regular customer communication weekly.
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms, ensuring consistency in posting, messaging, and overall quality.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions, and use insights to refine content strategy.
- Build and manage collaborations with influencers, creators, and potential brand ambassadors aligned with the brand’s values. Identify relevant profiles, handle outreach, coordinate content, and ensure collaborations contribute to visibility and growth.
- Develop long-term relationships with creators for consistent brand representation rather than one-time promotions.
- Work closely with designer and videographer to execute content ideas and ensure timelines are met.
- Support campaign planning and contribute to building narratives around products, farmers, and traditional food systems.
What We’re Looking For- 1 to 2 years of experience in content, social media, or digital marketing with clear examples of growth or performance improvement.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt across formats including reels, blogs, emailers, and messaging.
- A clear understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive execution independently.
Preferred- Experience in food, health, or organic/natural product space.
- Understanding of SEO and blog writing.
- Familiarity with performance marketing or Meta ads.
- Experience handling influencer collaborations or creator partnerships.
- Exposure to video shoots or content production processes.
