We’re Hiring: Content & Social Media Strategist (Video-First) – Livyor
We’re building Livyor into a leading healthy superfoods grocery and gourmet brand in India — and content is at the core of our growth.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “manage social media” but can actually create, shoot, and scale content that drives attention and sales.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Plan and execute high-performing content across Instagram & other platforms
- Shoot reels/videos (product shoots, storytelling, trends, behind-the-scenes)
- Come up with viral hooks, scripts, and content ideas
- Build and manage a consistent content calendar
- Analyze what works and double down on it
- Work closely with the founder to build the brand voice
🔥 What We’re Looking For:
- 1–5 years experience in content/social media
- Strong understanding of short-form video (Reels-first mindset)
- Someone who can shoot + think + execute
- Knows trends, hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology
- Basic editing skills (or strong coordination with editors)
- Bonus: Experience with D2C/FMCG brands
🚫 Not a Fit If You:
- Only design static posts
- Only write captions
- Don’t understand content performance
💰 Salary: ₹4.5 – ₹7 LPA (based on experience)
