Hiring — Content & Social Media Manager | Wegress Media | Remote, India
We're hiring a Content & Social Media Manager to own the content engine for our agency brand AND for our client accounts spanning B2B industrial/commercial AND D2C consumer brands.
You'll write sharp, scroll-stopping content, brief our freelance designers and video editors, REVIEW their output for quality, and run a content calendar that actually publishes on time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Write LinkedIn posts, articles, ad copy, email sequences, and video scripts for the Wegress brand + 3-5 client accounts across B2B (industrial, commercial, manufacturing) AND D2C (e-commerce, lifestyle, consumer) verticals
• Brief our freelance designers and video editors with clear creative direction — references, hooks, structure, the works
• Review every design and every video before it ships. Kill the average. Ship only the strong.
• Own the monthly content calendar end-to-end: ideation → drafts → handoff → publishing → reporting
• Run organic LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube for accounts you manage
• Track post performance weekly and tighten what's not working
WHO YOU ARE
• 2-4 years in content + social media for B2B and/or D2C brands
• Can write both founder-voice B2B content AND emotion-led D2C content. Range matters.
• A real eye for design and video — you've shipped enough creative to know what's good and what's mid
• Comfortable working remotely with a small, founder-led team. No hand-holding required.
• Bonus: you've written for industrial/manufacturing/SaaS B2B or for D2C beauty/wellness/lifestyle/F&B brands
WHAT WE OFFER
• Fully remote, India-wide — tier-2 and tier-3 city candidates strongly encouraged to apply
• ₹25,000–30,000/month based on experience and portfolio
