About the Role
We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager who can translate UniAdvise’s insights into engaging and high-performing content across platforms.
This role involves content strategy, competitor research, trend analysis, and social media execution. You will work closely with the founders and consulting team to convert real student stories and application insights into compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Research competitors and industry creators in the study abroad space
- Identify content hooks, trends, and formats that perform well
- Develop thumbnail strategy for YouTube and reels
- Coordinate with consultants and writers to convert insights into scripts
- Create reels, carousels, and short-form videos
- Design brochures, email creatives, and social media graphics
- Track content performance and identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content formats
- Ability to identify high-performing hooks and trends
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense
- Curiosity about education, careers, and global universities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
