Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Shooting Person & Video Editor based in the Mohali district. The role involves planning and shooting high-quality video content during training sessions, events, and branded shoots, ensuring the visuals reflect WinInches’ fitness and empowerment-focused identity. The team member will edit videos for social media, campaigns, and marketing materials, including cutting footage, adding music, transitions, and basic motion graphics. Daily tasks include collaborating with coaches and marketing staff to storyboard content, organizing and maintaining video files, and delivering content on schedule. The role also includes optimizing videos for different platforms, maintaining consistent visual style and color grading, and contributing creative ideas to enhance audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, operating cameras, and capturing high-quality audio and visuals.
- Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills, including cutting, sequencing, adding soundtracks, and optimizing content for social media platforms.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent tone, style, and visual quality across all content.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills for basic animations, titles, overlays, and engaging visual elements.
- Relevant experience in fitness, lifestyle, or social media content creation is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, collaborate with a diverse team, and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
- Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is preferred.
- Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and an interest in women-focused fitness and empowerment are highly valued.
