Role Description
We are seeking a Content Reviewer for a full-time, remote position. The role will involve reviewing and ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and quality of educational content. Responsibilities include analyzing materials for consistency, offering constructive feedback, collaborating with other team members to improve content, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Content Reviewer will also assist in providing training and technical support whenever required.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and an eye for detail, with the ability to identify and address inconsistencies in content
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and feedback
- Experience or aptitude in Customer Service and Technical Support
- Ability to support training efforts and guide content improvement
- A Master's degree in a relevant field is required
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote working environment
- Familiarity with educational processes or experience in academic fields is a plus
