ABOUT THE ROLE
Tetris Innovation publishes content on some of the most complex and consequential sectors in
India — defence, aerospace, cleantech and cybersecurity. We need someone who can research
these spaces deeply and translate that research into sharp, credible content.
This is not a copywriting role. It is a thinking role. You will be responsible for the ideas, angles and
scripts that underpin everything we publish. The quality of our content depends directly on the
quality of your research and your ability to write with precision and point of view.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
— Research sector developments, policy changes and ecosystem signals across our four focus
areas
— Develop content angles and carousel concepts that are specific, credible and non-generic
— Write scripts for founder Reels and video content — short, direct and platform-native
— Write LinkedIn carousel copy that is sharp enough to stop a senior founder mid-scroll
— Brief the design and video team with clear content direction for each piece
— Monitor what is being written about Indian deep-tech and identify the gaps we can fill
— Work closely with the social media lead to maintain a consistent editorial voice
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
— 2–4 years of experience in content, journalism, research, scriptwriting short and long format
— Demonstrable ability to write with a strong point of view — not just to summarise
— Comfort researching and writing about technical or policy-heavy subject matter
— Strong editing instinct — you know when a line is not earning its place
— Ability to write for different formats: long-form LinkedIn, short-form Reels, carousels
— Organised and self-directed — you can manage a content pipeline without hand-holding
GOOD TO HAVE
— Background in journalism, policy research or science writing
— Existing knowledge of India's defence or deep-tech ecosystem
— Experience writing for founders or senior executives
