About the RoleWe are looking for a highly creative and psychologically sharp Script Writer who can craft engaging, viral-ready scripts for short-form content.
This role is not just about writing. It’s about understanding human attention, building hooks, and creating content that people can’t scroll past.

Key Responsibilities- Write high-retention scripts for short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, talking-head content)
- Craft scroll-stopping hooks within the first 3 seconds
- Structure content using proven frameworks (Hook → Build-up → Value → Payoff → CTA)
- Write scripts in Marathi, Hindi, and English with native fluency
- Research and analyze trending content patterns, formats, and viral topics
- Collaborate with the marketing and video team for execution
- Continuously iterate scripts based on performance data
- Adapt tone and style based on brand, audience, and platform
- Ensure clarity, emotional impact, and engagement in every script
Requirements
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in content writing or script writing
- Strong understanding of hook psychology, storytelling, and audience retention
- Ability to write fast, clear, and engaging scripts for digital platforms
- Deep understanding of short-form content trends (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Multilingual proficiency: Marathi + Hindi + English (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail in writing, pacing, and messaging
- Ability to think from an audience-first perspective
Good to Have- Experience writing for viral reels or high-performing content pages
- Understanding of content strategy and brand positioning
- Basic knowledge of video editing or content production
- Familiarity with creators like Ranveer Allahabadia, Raj Shamani and more best creators in the health and fitness industry etc.
- Ability to bring original ideas, not just copy trends
