The X Media is a fast-growing content marketing company focused on high-volume short-form content (Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok) for Personal Branding clients.
This role is for someone who deeply understands short-form content and can manage editors, designers, other team members and delivery timelines at scale.
If you understand what makes a Reel go viral, know how to optimize hooks, pacing, captions, and storytelling—and can lead a team of editors & designers while handling client communication—this role is for you.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Review and optimize short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Improve hooks, retention, pacing, and storytelling
- Implement data-backed content improvements
- Manage and lead a team of:
- Video editors
- Graphic designers
- Act as the bridge between clients and the creative team
- Ensure consistent quality across all deliverables
- Stay updated with trends, formats, and algorithm shifts

- Experience in short-form content optimization
- Leadership & team management skills
- Excellent communication (client-facing role)
