Role Description The Content Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering health-related content projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met. Day-to-day tasks include managing content production workflows, collaborating with authors, editors, and subject matter experts, and overseeing content review and approval processes. The Content Project Manager will also align content initiatives with overall content strategy, monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role helps optimize content management practices and supports continuous improvement in publishing operations.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and coordination of multiple content projects.
- Experience in content management and content development, including organizing, updating, and maintaining digital and print health content.
- Ability to contribute to and implement content strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and audience needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contributors, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Publishing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Experience in health, medical, or academic publishing is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used for content management and collaboration.
