About the Role
Chitwan Garg - fitness & nutrition creator with 734K followers on Instagram and 3.2L subscribers on YouTube - is looking for someone to grow alongside her.
This is not a social media executive role. This is not a scheduling job. This is a front-row seat to how a creator at this scale actually builds, films, edits, and thinks - and the chance to become genuinely good at it yourself.
If you want to learn the craft of content creation from someone who has built an audience of nearly a million people across platforms - this is that opportunity.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Be on set for shoots - helping with framing, lighting setup, props, and anything that makes the day run smoother
- Assist with video editing - reels, YouTube videos, short-form content (you’ll learn the workflow hands-on)
- Be Chitwan’s shadow on shoot days - observing, absorbing, and contributing wherever needed
- Help manage content logistics - scheduling, organisation, shoot planning
- Gradually take on more creative responsibility as you grow into the role
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who is genuinely passionate about content creation - fitness, lifestyle, health, beauty
- Hungry to learn. You don’t need to know everything - you need to want to
- Eye for aesthetics - you notice when something looks good and when it doesn’t
- Basic editing skills are a plus (CapCut, Premiere, anything - willingness to learn matters more)
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creator environment
- Delhi NCR based - this is a fully in-person role
Experience
Not a requirement. Attitude and curiosity matter more than a resume. If you’ve been creating your own content, even casually - that tells us more than a degree does.
