One person, owning everything we publish in sound and video.
This isn't a tutoring role and it isn't a favour to the marketing team. It's a founding-team hire: reels, shorts, and getting our podcast to a reliable weekly release — owned end to end by you.
We're an ethics-first language and skills company heading into launch. The product is real, the team is distributed across Europe and India, and the content function is currently held together by good intentions. We want someone to actually run it.

You own it. Not "support content" — own it. What we publish, how often, and how it performs is yours to shape. That level of ownership is rare this early, and it's real here.
You build the function from the ground up.* The podcast, the short-form engine, the way we turn classes and interviews into clips — you're not inheriting a machine, you're building one. What you make in your first months becomes how we do it.

What you'll own
- Shoot and edit short-form for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Record, edit and ship the podcast — weekly, without being chased
- Cut episodes and classes into clips that carry
- Hold the schedule when nobody else will
- Read the analytics and change course when they tell you to
Who we're looking for
A dedicated, open-minded producer who can carry a calendar and doesn't need hand-holding.
- A portfolio of short-form that actually performed — with the numbers.
- Real audio and video editing skills.
- You can direct someone on camera who is not a performer — because most of the people you'll film aren't.
- Reliable with a calendar. This is the part that quietly makes or breaks the role.
