Role Description The Content Presenter and Community Host is a full-time remote role responsible for showcasing Tynari’s platform, products, and creator stories through engaging digital content and live sessions. Day-to-day work includes planning and presenting video demos, tutorials, and product walkthroughs; hosting webinars, AMAs, or livestreams; and moderating online community spaces such as forums, social channels, or creator groups. The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to align content with key initiatives, responding to community questions and feedback, and helping foster a supportive, inclusive creator ecosystem. The person in this role will track engagement metrics, experiment with new formats, and continuously refine content based on audience insights.
Qualifications
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including on-camera presence and clear, audience-friendly speaking abilities.
- Experience hosting online events, livestreams, webinars, or community sessions and facilitating interactive discussions.
- Background in content creation such as scripting, basic video production, or social media storytelling for digital audiences.
- Ability to build and nurture online communities, including moderating discussions and managing feedback constructively.
- Comfort working with technology platforms, especially creator tools, ecommerce, or print-on-demand solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across marketing, product, or customer support teams.
- Interest in the creator economy, digital brands, and AI-powered tools; prior experience in these areas is a plus.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in communications, media, marketing, or a related field.
