About the Role
We're looking for a creative, self-driven Content & Personal Branding Intern to work directly with our founder on building his personal brand on Instagram, YT and LinkedIn.
This is not a sit-at-your-desk-and-do-tasks internship. You will be in the room, behind the camera, in the edit, and in the strategy — every single day.

What You'll Do
- Record video content with the founder daily at the office
- Edit short-form videos — Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar
- Publish and schedule content across Instagram and LinkedIn
- Track performance metrics weekly — reach, engagement, follower growth
- Research trending formats and proactively pitch creative ideas
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and LinkedIn short-form content
- Creative eye for storytelling and visual aesthetics
- Basic Canva skills for thumbnails and creatives
- Someone proactive who takes ownership without being told twice
- Must be available to work from office in Kolkata
