As we scale our content operations, we're looking for someone who can bring structure, speed, and fresh ideas to our production workflow.
Role Overview
The Content Ops Associate will be responsible for scaling up video ad production for our performance marketing clients. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, project management, and trend awareness. You'll work closely with creators, editors, strategists, and account teams to ensure we consistently deliver high-volume, high-quality video content that performs across Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
This is an ideal role for someone who is obsessed with content trends, understands what makes ads convert, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production & Scaling
- Own and manage end-to-end production workflows for UGC-style and shoot-based performance video ads
- Coordinate with internal creative teams (video editors, designers, writers) to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives at scale
- Build and maintain a structured content production calendar across multiple client accounts
- Develop systems and SOPs to increase production velocity without compromising quality
- Manage creator/influencer briefs, timelines, and deliverables for UGC content
- Oversee shoot planning and logistics for in-house or external production shoots
Trend Research & Content Strategy
- Stay on top of content trends across platforms—Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok—and translate them into performance ad concepts
- Analyze competitor ads and winning creatives using tools like Meta Ad Library, Foreplay, and Motion to identify patterns and opportunities
- Develop creative hypotheses and content angles based on trend insights and performance data
- Curate and maintain an internal library of reference ads, hooks, formats, and trending audio/music
- Provide regular trend reports and creative inspiration to the wider team
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Brief editors and designers clearly on ad formats, platform specs, and creative direction
- Ensure feedback loops are tight—collect inputs from media buyers on what's working and feed insights back into production
- Manage revisions and approvals efficiently to maintain production timelines
- Coordinate with external vendors, freelance creators, and production partners as needed
Quality Control & Asset Management
- Review all video deliverables for quality, brand consistency, and platform compliance before handoff
- Maintain organized asset libraries (raw footage, finished ads, templates, brand kits) for easy access and reuse
- Ensure all content meets platform specifications for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other channels
- Track creative performance in collaboration with the media team and document learnings to inform future production
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 1-3 years of experience in content operations, video production coordination, or creative project management—preferably in a performance marketing or agency context
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume creative output (50+ ads/month) across multiple brands or accounts
- Hands-on experience with UGC-style content production, including working with creators and influencers
- Exposure to shoot-based production (pre-production planning, on-set coordination, post-production management)
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Content & Trend Awareness
- Deep understanding of what makes content work on social platforms—hooks, pacing, storytelling, visual styles
- Finger on the pulse of content trends: you know what's trending on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube before it goes mainstream
- Strong instinct for performance creative—you understand the difference between brand content and direct-response ads
- Familiarity with ad formats across Meta (static, video, carousel, Stories, Reels) and Google (YouTube, Demand Gen)
- Awareness of regional content nuances for Indian and international audiences
Tools & Technical Skills
- Experience with creative research tools such as Meta Ad Library, Foreplay, Motion, or AdSpy
- Basic understanding of video editing workflows and terminology (familiarity with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar is a plus)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and collaboration tools (Slack, Drive, Sheets)
- Experience with creator management platforms or influencer databases is a bonus

- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Experience with AI-powered content tools (Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and how creative impacts campaign results
- Network of UGC creators or freelance production talent
