Addition to the Team – Founding Content Operator (Video)
Location: Mumbai / Thane (West side max) | On-ground role
The Office meets Mike Amiri meets Trailer Park Boys meets Plotwist, a startup.
We’re looking for someone to join us and document the reality of building companies from scratch.
This is not just content. This is the chaos, the pressure, the confusion, the small wins, and the big ambitions. Nothing overly polished, nothing fake. Real startup life.
This is also a personal branding project for the founders. You will help shape how the world sees what it actually takes to build and scale businesses.
What you’ll do:
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments of the founders and team during key phases
• Turn raw footage into structured, engaging content
• Edit and ship content across Instagram Reels, YouTube (long format), and LinkedIn videos
Content direction:
• Instagram Reels → Weekly mini-series + cinematic, high-energy BTS cuts inspired by fashion show storytelling
• YouTube → Long format videos showing the full journey, decisions, failures, and builds
• LinkedIn → Sharp, insight-driven edits around startups, marketing, and real-time learnings
You won’t have to worry about creative direction. The team will drive concepts and structure. This will be a collaborative process. Your role is to execute, shoot, and edit at a high level.
• Occasionally work on more cinematic, high quality pieces
What we’re looking for:
• Ability to shoot and edit end to end
• Strong understanding of storytelling across short and long formats
• Comfort working in fast-moving, slightly chaotic environments
• Genuine interest in startups, creators, or brand building
