Final Hour Productions is a content creation and production company focused on building high-quality content for brands, founders, agencies, and digital-first businesses. We work across video production, social media content, podcasts, branded content, and end-to-end content execution.
As we build this vertical from the ground up, AI adoption will play a key role in how we plan, produce, manage, and scale content operations.
About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager who can manage content production projects from brief to final delivery while also helping build the systems, workflows, and processes for this new content vertical.
This is not just an execution role. The person joining will be part of the founding operating team for the vertical and will help shape how projects are planned, tracked, delivered, and scaled. A key part of the role will be adopting AI tools to improve content planning, production workflows, task management, research, documentation, reporting, and delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end timelines for video shoots, reels, podcasts, branded content, and social media projects.
● Convert client briefs into clear tasks, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
● Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, vendors, creators, and clients.
● Track project progress, follow up on deadlines, and solve bottlenecks.
● Manage shoot schedules, production requirements, assets, approvals, and delivery timelines.
● Help build the operating system for the content vertical, including trackers, SOPs, workflows, templates, and reporting formats.
● Identify and adopt AI tools that can improve content planning, ideation, research, scripting support, documentation, project tracking, and production efficiency.
● Ensure client feedback is captured clearly and executed correctly by the team.
● Review final deliverables before client submission to ensure quality and brief alignment.
● Support leadership in tracking delivery capacity, project status, revenue timelines, and team productivity.
Skills:
● 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency, production house, content studio, or marketing agency.
● Strong understanding of video, social media, and content production workflows.
● Interest in AI tools and willingness to adopt them into day-to-day content and project workflows.
● Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
● Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
● Comfortable working with clients, creative teams, freelancers, vendors, and production crews.
● Building and pitching presentations
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where systems are still being built.
Good to Have:
● Experience managing video shoots, reels, podcasts, creator campaigns, or branded content.
● Basic understanding of editing, scripting, design, and social media formats.
● Experience using AI tools for content planning, writing, research, workflow automation, or project management.
● Experience working with founders, D2C brands, startups, or agencies.
● Ability to create SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and repeatable operating processes.
● Vendor and freelancer management experience.
