Context
Job Description
The Content Organization is looking for a person from within our Enrichment team to help us resolve Discrepancy Cases as reported by our clients . This is a mission-critical role focused on improving client satisfaction and the quality of our data, where you will be the interface between Customer Experience and our operational teams . You will become an expert in troubleshooting and identifying areas of opportunity to proactively improve quality for our clients
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Open Issues queue in ServiceNow for their timezone, and ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Resolve cases in the queue and assign out to other content staff when needed
- Review and assist in case coverage from other time zones if and when possible
- Follow turnaround time guidelines and follow up on cases to ensure prompt resolution
- Escalate issues when help is needed
- Help identify issue trends and participate in monthly quality data reviews, and assist with root cause analysis when called upon
- Partner with the Quality Office to trigger proactive quality initiatives
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience with Enrichment editorial/images work
- Familiarity with ServiceNow preferred, but not required
- Proficient English is a must
