This role exists because good ideas left unexecuted are just notes. We need someone who can take raw thinking and turn it into content that moves, and then make sure it keeps moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the content calendar: Own the weekly publishing rhythm across all active channels. Coordinate reviews, manage deadlines, and ship without being reminded.
Turn thinking into writing. Work from conversations, recordings, and rough notes to produce essays, newsletters, and social posts. The voice is established. Your job is to execute it cleanly and learn it fast.
- Build the repurposing system: One strong piece of original thinking should produce multiple content artifacts. Design and run the pipeline that makes this happen consistently, not occasionally.
- Distribute with intent: Schedule and publish across platforms. Track what performs and what does not. Bring a weekly read on the numbers and a point of view on what they mean.
- Write user-facing copy when needed: Product content, email sequences, and onboarding copy will occasionally land on your desk. All of it must be outcome-framed, not feature-framed.
- Produce research briefs on demand: When leadership needs context before a call, a session, or a decision, you produce a tight one-page brief. Not a summary. A brief.
Own the style guide. Document the voice, the rules, the banned phrases, and the templates. Keep it current. Use it to self-edit before anything goes out for review.
