About Bullet
Bullet is India’s fastest-growing microdrama OTT platform — delivering high-intensity, vertical 90-second episodes across six Indian languages. We are an AI-native, fast-moving content-tech company building the future of short-form storytelling.
Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, execution-obsessed Content Operations Executive to own the day-to-day operational workflow across our internal Content Management System (CMS) and Production Management System (PMS). This is a high-accountability, cross-functional role where you will be the single point of contact for driving internal requests to closure — on time, every time.
You will work at the intersection of content, legal, commercial, and technology teams, ensuring that every asset, contract, metadata entry, and workflow milestone is logged, tracked, and resolved within defined SLAs.
What You Will Do
• Own end-to-end data entry and management across Bullet’s internal CMS and PMS platforms
• Raise, track, and close operational requests with internal stakeholders — commercial, legal, content, and technology teams
• Follow up relentlessly with relevant teams to ensure SLA adherence on every open request
• Maintain accurate records of content metadata, publishing workflows, rights data, and production milestones
• Flag escalations proactively when timelines are at risk and drive resolution
• Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements
• Support onboarding of new content titles into the platform pipeline from submission to publish
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors where required for documentation and asset delivery
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational throughput
What We Are Looking For
Must Have
• 3–5 years of experience in an operations, content operations, or platform operations role — preferably in OTT, media, or content-tech
• Comfortable working with CMS, PMS, or similar internal enterprise systems
• Strong written and verbal communication — you can draft a crisp email, follow up firmly, and document clearly
• Working knowledge of how digital content and OTT publishing pipelines function
• Fast learner, self-starter, and comfortable working in a high-velocity startup environment
• Genuinely hungry — you close things, you do not wait to be chased
Good to Have
• Prior experience at Zee, Sony LIV, JioCinema, MX Player, or any OTT/broadcast company
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar)
• Basic understanding of content licensing, rights management, or legal documentation workflows
• Experience coordinating with commercial or legal teams
Who Will Thrive Here
This role is for someone who takes ownership personally, moves fast, communicates without ambiguity, and finds satisfaction in closing loops. If you are the kind of person who keeps a tight tracker, follows up without being asked, and hates leaving things open — you will love this role.
Why Bullet
• Work at the ground floor of India’s most exciting microdrama platform
• Direct exposure to content, product, and business operations simultaneously
• AI-native work environment — we automate what can be automated so you can focus on what matters
• Fast career growth in a company that rewards execution over hierarchy
