Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Content Moderator. The Content Moderator will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing content for inappropriate or offensive material, providing technical support to users when needed, and maintaining accurate moderation logs. This role also involves collaborating with other teams to provide feedback and suggest policy improvements as necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and assess prohibited content effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with team members and users
- Experience in Customer Service and providing Technical Support
- Demonstrated ability to train others in moderation practices and policy guidelines
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
