Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Content Moderator. The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and moderating content to ensure quality standards and adherence to company guidelines. Key tasks include identifying, escalating, or resolving inappropriate content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing support to improve platform user experiences. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication with teams, and the ability to maintain high standards in a dynamic online environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and assess content against established guidelines
• Exceptional Communication abilities to work with teams and escalate issues effectively
• Customer Service and Technical Support experience for addressing user-related queries and platform concerns
• Capability in Training to help onboard and mentor new team members
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required
• Proficiency with content moderation tools and familiarity with online platforms
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
