Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Content Moderator. The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and enforcing content guidelines across the platform to ensure a safe and high-quality user experience. Responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating posted content, communicating with users to resolve issues or address inquiries, providing effective customer service, supporting technical troubleshooting when needed, and ensuring all content aligns with community standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and assess content for compliance and quality
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with users and internal teams
- Experience in Customer Service and problem resolution
- Familiarity with Technical Support processes and the ability to troubleshoot basic platform issues
- Experience in providing Training and support on content guidelines and policies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage but not required
