Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Content Moderator. The Content Moderator will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing user-generated content to ensure adherence to company guidelines and policies. Day-to-day tasks will involve assessing content for compliance, resolving reported cases, and maintaining a safe and respectful online environment. The role also requires effective communication with team members and reporting issues as necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and evaluating content accuracy and compliance
- Excellent Communication skills for professional interaction with team members and clear case reporting
- Customer Service skills to address and resolve user concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Technical Support skills to navigate platform tools and systems effectively
- Aptitude for Training and continuous learning to remain updated on evolving company policies and guidelines
- Attention to detail and the ability to make judgments aligned with company policies
- Familiarity with online (social media or community) moderation tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
