Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Content Moderator. The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines and community standards. Responsibilities include identifying and removing inappropriate or harmful content, providing feedback to users when necessary, and maintaining a safe and positive user environment. The role also involves collaborating with team members to improve the overall quality of online content and reporting key issues to management.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to review and evaluate content effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with users and team members
- Customer Service and Technical Support skills to address user concerns and provide assistance
- Experience with Training or coaching for onboarding users or junior team members
- Detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with online community management or social media platforms is a plus
