Job Description
Review and moderate online content (videos, posts, comments) to ensure compliance with Hate Speech & Harassment policies.
Identify, analyze, and take decisive action on abusive, harmful, or policy-violating content.
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive online environment.
Work independently while meeting quality and productivity benchmarks.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases as per defined workflows.
Mandatory Skills
✔ Minimum 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in Content Moderation
✔ Strong understanding of Hate Speech & Harassment policies/workflows
✔ Experience reviewing complex video/content cases
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
✔ High attention to detail with consistent quality score of 95% or above
✔ Strong problem-solving and escalation handling skills
✔ Cultural sensitivity and unbiased decision-making approach
