Role Overview

We’re hiring Content Moderators for an exciting 1-month, high-impact assignment with our client partner during a major live sports event. If you’ve ever wanted a front-row seat to the digital frenzy while building real-time decision-making skills—this is it.

You'll be responsible to for real-time content moderation to manage and curate user-generated memes during live matches. The role involves ensuring only relevant, engaging, and appropriate content is showcased on the live feed while maintaining platform quality and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real-Time Meme Moderation

• Review user-submitted memes during live matches
• Evaluate content for relevance to ongoing match moments
• Assess humour quality and engagement potential
• Ensure compliance with platform and community guidelines
• Approve or reject memes for the live feed within strict turnaround time

2. Live Feed Curation

• Select high-quality memes that enhance the live viewing experience
• Maintain a balanced mix of humour, match relevance, and fan sentiment
• Ensure the feed remains fresh, timely, and engaging throughout the match

3. Dashboard Configuration

• Upload and configure approved memes on the internal dashboard
• Tag and categorize content appropriately (team, player, moment, etc.)
• Ensure correct formatting, captions, and display alignment

Additional Responsibilities

4. Content Quality Control

• Ensure memes are non-offensive, non-political, and brand-safe
• Check for copyright or plagiarism concerns
• Maintain platform tone and content consistency

5. Trend Awareness & Context Understanding

• Stay updated with IPL teams, players, and match dynamics
• Track current meme trends and formats

6. Speed and Decision-Making

• Operate in a high-pressure, real-time environment
• Make quick moderation decisions without compromising quality

7. User Behavior Monitoring

• Identify spam, repeated submissions, or misuse
• Flag inappropriate users or content to relevant teams
