Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Content Moderator. The Content Moderator will oversee and maintain the content quality across various platforms by reviewing, moderating, and ensuring adherence to company guidelines and policies. Responsibilities include flagging and removing inappropriate or harmful content, providing feedback to content creators, analyzing trends to improve processes, and collaborating with team members to enhance platform safety and user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate content, assess trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills for providing clear feedback and collaborating with teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Technical Support to address user concerns and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions related to content guidelines and best practices.
- Familiarity with online platforms and digital content moderation tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is an advantage.
