Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Content Moderator. The Content Moderator will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating user-generated content to ensure it adheres to established guidelines and community standards. The role involves analyzing content for accuracy and appropriateness, providing technical support for content-related issues, assisting in training users on content guidelines, and communicating effectively with the team to address content-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating content accuracy, relevance, and compliance
- Excellent Communication skills to convey information clearly and collaborate effectively with teams
- Customer Service experience to ensure positive interactions when addressing user concerns or inquiries
- Technical Support knowledge to troubleshoot content-related issues efficiently
- Ability to provide Training or guidance on community guidelines and policies
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving content issues
- Familiarity with online content management tools is a plus
- Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred
