Role Description
This is a remote and contract-based Content Moderator role. The Content Moderator will review and evaluate user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and community guidelines. Responsibilities include identifying and removing inappropriate or harmful content, providing feedback for content improvement, and maintaining a safe and positive online environment. Clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess, identify, and flag inappropriate or sensitive content effectively
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally and courteously with team members and stakeholders
- Technical Support proficiency, including familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools
- Experience in Training, onboarding, or mentoring team members is a plus
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals in a remote work environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow policy guidelines accurately
- Prior experience in content moderation or a related role would be advantageous but is not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or technology are a bonus
