We’re Hiring - Content & Marketing Strategist
At Grassroot Design, we work with brands to build thoughtful identities, communication systems, presentations, social media, campaigns, and brand experiences.
We’re looking for someone who understands both content and marketing, someone who can think strategically, not just post consistently.
What you’ll do
- Develop content and communication strategies for brands
- Build content pillars, campaign ideas, and storytelling directions
- Work closely with designers and video editors
- Plan social media and brand communication
- Understand audience behavior and market trends
- Help brands position themselves better online
- Contribute to marketing and growth ideas
- Bring clarity, structure, and fresh thinking to brand communication
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and creative thinking
- Understanding of branding, social media, and marketing
- Ability to think strategically and independently
- Someone who notices trends, culture, and consumer behavior
- Experience in content strategy, marketing, branding, or social media
- Bonus if you’ve worked with B2B, D2C, or creative brands
