Role Description
This is a Remote Internship role for a Content Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research & researching competitor positioning, and creating long form and short form content to communicate effectively with target audiences through various social media. You will craft clear and engaging messages, support customer service initiatives, and help build stronger relationships with clients through impactful content. Also, analyse content performance (track impressions, engagement, conversions) and repurpose long-form content into emails, social media posts, and video scripts.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to craft clear and effective messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience in market research and understanding customer needs and insights preferred.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, with an ability to provide innovative solutions.
- Customer service acumen and a commitment to keep strong client relationships.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with excellent time management skills.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- An interest in learning and contributing to workplace transformation and leadership development initiatives.
