About RAM CADDSYS
RAM CADDSYS builds high-performance infrastructure design software for civil, structural, and geotechnical engineers. We are looking for a Content & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Chennai.
About the Role
This role involves working closely with technical sales engineers to create credible, expert-led content across LinkedIn, blogs, case studies, interviews, and AI-generated formats. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys translating complex technical knowledge into professional, trust-building content.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn posts, blogs, long-form articles, case studies, interviews, and expert features
- Collaborate daily with engineers and subject-matter experts to develop technically accurate content
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted content using tools like ChatGPT and similar LLMs
- Develop video scripts and vBlogs for technical audiences
- Plan and execute content calendars using SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and content planning tools
- Design visual content using Canva and video generation/editing tools
- Build credibility and trust with technical audiences including engineers, architects, and developers
- Work on customer success stories and case studies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in content/marketing
- Experience working in B2B, SaaS, or technical domains
- Proven experience creating content for technical or expert audiences (engineers, architects, developers)
- Comfortable working daily with engineers or subject-matter experts
- Hands-on experience with AI and content tools (ChatGPT/LLMs, Canva, SEO tools, content calendar/planning tools)
- Strong ability to ensure accuracy and credibility when writing about complex technical topics
- Experience with case studies or customer success stories is a plus
